On the 28th of September 2017, SLNI in partnership with Rotary Club of Abuja Federal participated in the Rotary family health day. The program took place in Piwoyi community, Abuja. It was an event where health talks were given, malaria, HIV and Hepatitis test were also given to the people in the community. At the end of the program four hundred (400) people were attended to, two hundered and fifty (250) children were dewormed, thirty- three (33) adults were also dewormed, sixty (60) sanitary pads was distributed, one hundred (100) were screened for malaria, and two hundred (200) were tested for HIV/ Hepatitis and blood sugar level. Fifteen(15) couples underwent family councelling and fourty-five(45) pices of condoms including male and females condom was given out to youth and adult.
• On the 30th of september 2017, SLNI in partnership with Rotary Club of Abuja Metro and Rotary Club of Abuja CBD participated in the Rotary family health day. It was an event where health talks were given, malaria, HIV and Hepatitis test were also given to the people in the community. At the end of the program two hundred and ten (210) people were attended to, one hubdered and nine (109) children were dewormed and sixty four (64) were given Vitamin A, forty- eight (48) sanitary pads were distributed, one hundred (100) were screened for malaria, eighty- one (81) were tested for HIV/ Hepatitis and eighty (80) families underwent family councelling.
