“Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day” – Sally Koch

It is a rewarding feeling to see Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative (SLNI) mature to 10 years. We have come a long way from starting our operations on a dining table to a 3-man office and now our current space. The last decade has demonstrated that dedication, hard work and perseverance pays off. On behalf of the trustees, advisory board, staff and volunteers, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us by giving their time, their funds, their skills.
We have been blessed with a passionate team and amazing partners who work hard and smart; this has been a driving force of the organization’s success for the last 10 years.
There is still so much work to do, so many communities to reach and so many lives to touch. Partnerships have been crucial to our survival.
To our amazing team from inception to date, our selfless volunteers and our amazing donors, thank you for trusting us, sticking with us and being part of our journey.
