• BAYBOS HOME SCHOOL VITAMIN A PROGRAM ( 14TH OF MAY)
Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative partnered with Rotary Club of Abuja Federal on the 14th of May 2017, to carry out a program at Baybos Home School in FCT- Abuja. SLNI dewormed 75 children in the school while also administering 67 Vitamin A tablets. We also taught the children hand washing.
• BIRTHING KIT PROGRAMS
• On the 22nd May 2017, Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative (SLNI), carried out a community program which was focus mainly on the distribution of birthing kits for pregnant women, the birthing kits was distributed in Kiyawa Primary Health Care Centre Kiyawa, Jigawa State. At the end of the program we distributed one hundred and ten (110) birthing kits to pregnant women in that location.
• On the 24th May 2017, Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative (SLNI), carried out a community program which was focus mainly on the distribution of birthing kits for pregnant women, the birthing kits was distributed in General Hospital Primary Health Care Centre’s Dutse Jigawa State. At the end of the program we distributed one hundred (100) birthing kits to pregnant women in that location.
• On the 25th May 2017, Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative (SLNI), carried out a community program which was focus mainly on the distribution of birthing kits for pregnant women, the birthing kits was distributed in Sakwaya Primary Health Care Centre Dutse, Jigawa State. At the end of the program we distributed seventy (70) birthing kits to pregnant women in that location.
• Manumar Foundation & SLNI Maternal & Child health program
On the 25th of May, the Manumar Foundation & SLNI supported by The Primary Health Care centers in Jipal and Mangu LGA, went ahead to educate the women on safe delivery, breastfeeding and to also distribute birthing Kits & mosquito nets. 200 birthing Kits and Mosquito Nets distributed
