Silver Lining for the Needy Initiative carried out a program in Bamaina and Wurno Primary Healthcare Centre at Birnin Kudu Jigawa state tagged “BIRTHING KITS DISTRIBUTION”.
The program aimed at educating pregnant women on the stages in pregnancy, importance of exclusive breastfeeding, postnatal, prenatal and other health related topics. The program’s high point was the distribution of 402 birthing kits to pregnant women in the primary health care centre as part of our contribution towards reducing maternal and child mortality rate in Nigeria.
